We're Hiring: Executive Director

As Executive Director, you’ll guide a passionate nonprofit at the center of trail building, stewardship, and advocacy in one of the nation’s most vibrant outdoor communities. This is a chance to blend strategic leadership with hands-on impact—strengthening partnerships, expanding trail access, and elevating the voice of riders across the region. If you’re driven by community, collaboration, and the power of great trails, this role offers a rare opportunity to make a lasting difference.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead operations, fundraising, and strategic planning

  • Oversee programs and community partnerships

  • Serve as MMBC's primary public representative and advocate

  • Work with an engaged Board, staff, and volunteers to expand our impact

What We Need:

  • 3+ years in nonprofit, recreation, or resource management

  • Proven fundraising and relationship-building experience

  • Strong communication and project management skills

  • Passion for mountain biking and trails-based recreation

Salary: $56,500–$63,500 DOE | Status: Full-time, Exempt
