Rattlesnake Trail Day Relocated to South Hills Spur

The Rattlesnake is still snowed in so we're moving to the South Hills Spur to help the city with the newest phase of that project. We'll be transplanting native grasses from one trail construction site to the disturbed areas of another, helping to prevent encroachment of weeds into one of the few relatively weed free meadows in the Missoula area.

We'll meet at the top of Whitaker and shuttle/carpool along an administrative access road. The access we use is not and will not be public access- the public access trailheads are still under development.

Tools provided, come dressed to work with water and gloves. Bikes not needed. Aprés dig food and beer by Burns St. Bistro and Big Sky Brewing.
